Our client lives a full life with three children and a demanding career. Amid a fresh start and short on time, she called us to make her new home a family-centered haven focused on children and ample space for guests. We took a novel approach to space planning, what could be the living room became the dining room. It is now a welcoming space for her large extended family and friends to spend time together. The design weaves our client's favorite colors, her love of the outdoors, and midcentury modern design. The family room is a light-hearted, easy-to-clean space for safe play and snuggle sessions while enjoying her family's favorite shows. Her well-planned and comfortable home is a perfect match for her new chapter.

When we first began working with our Ardmore client, we planned a simple kitchen refresh, new backsplash, floor tile, and custom Roman shades. But just before installation, a new problem surfaced; her main bathroom’s shower stopped draining, revealing corroded pipes. Instead of patching it, she chose to rethink the entire space. We expanded the small, outdated bathroom by reclaiming an adjacent closet, improving both flow and function. The result is a wider shower, doubled counter space, a vanity with storage, and a modern-classic design that feels both charming and serene, with lighting that elevates the room without disturbing its calm.

When our client's shore home was wiped out by Hurricane Sandy, they took the opportunity to custom build the home they really wanted. The only problem was that their worn-out furniture was out of sync with all the love and attention they poured into their new home. Unclear how to bring the open floor plan together, they called us for expert design and the thrill of the big reveal. The ceiling beams, existing artwork, and kitchen backsplash inspired the shapes and colors of the furniture and décor selections. Watercolor turquoise, deep ocean blues, graceful curves, and seaside textures bring the room into harmony. The comfortable, welcoming, shore lifestyle they aspired to is now a reality.

Our client's first challenge was updating their new forever home before moving in. They were overwhelmed with making decisions about flooring, remodeling the kitchen and two bathrooms, selecting paint colors, wallpaper, and window shades. We coordinated a soothing neutral pallet of nature-inspired colors and textures. We then turned to redesigning the dull fireplace and making it the living room's unique focal point. After they moved in, we brought their entire home to life with the right accessories, soft window treatments, and bedding in the owner's suite and guest room. Our clients are excited to have a home that's even better than they ever dreamed of.
